In order to make a purchase with jds department store, please note you MUST first place an order to receive an order number before making a payment (Yes, you will be able to get an order number without entering payment information). When you click on complete your order, you will be given an order number (Keep your order number handy as you will need it when making payment). Please DO NOT place an order if you don't intend paying. This is a legit website and we require all orders to be paid within 24 hours. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.  PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY 2PM EST MONDAY THRU THURSDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY. PAYMENTS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY. Shipping will be delayed if you do not include ORDER NUMBER with your payment. Customer support is open from 9am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday EST. Due to high volume of calls, texting will receive a faster response. Full payments are required before we can process all orders, any partial payment will delay your order.  Once order is delivered by carrier, there is nothing we can do so please ensure delivery information is accurate ( see our FAQ’s). If you live in a high risk area where package tend to disappear, we can ship to your post office and you can pick up directly/safely from them or ship to a secure address or pay for signature service. Please send a text message to 347-656-6228 for immediate response to changes to orders, request signature on package ( extra cost to buyer) etc. You can also contact us on our business whatsapp line 347-656-6228. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS and orders can not be cancelled after payment is received. 2. Credit/Debit Card (Payment Link)- Please text 347-656-6228 for a link to make payment. You MUST be the cardholder to use your credit card. 

3. Cash App/ Apple Pay- We no longer accept cash app and apple pay

4. CHIME (Chime account holders only)How to send payment:  Log into your chime account, under the home screen, click on pay anyone. - Send to: 347-430-7254   Amount: Enter your order total  FOR: (You will type your order number here) and SEND. 

5. Money Order OR Cashiers Check  ( NO PERSONAL CHECKS or Bill Pay Check) (NO CASH )Payable to: JDS Department Store & don’t forget to sign the money order or check or the bank will not accept it.

Re: please write order number on memo space of money order/cashiers check or behind your mailing envelope. Do not write order number in the middle or back  of the money order.  - Please be sure to write the store name on the pay to the order of space and SIGN check or else the banks will reject it and we cannot process it.- do not write or type Apetamin
-For Canadian customers, you can send international money order or wire transfer (in USD!!!).- We will destroy any money order that is not international and not in USD as we are not responsible for mailing back the wrong money order. 

6. PICK UP IN PERSON ( STORE LOCATION) You can pick up in store Monday thru Saturday from 8:30am to 6:30pm. Please provide order number to cashier if you already ordered online or just walk in to make a purchase. We will honor online price if you have an order number. Walk in purchases and online store pick up can be paid with Cash/Debit/Credit/Apple Pay etc.

7. VENMO
-Venmo- Send payment to @Juliet-Adom-1  ( Include order number with payment)-In your text, include your order number and let us know you would like to  pay via paypal 
-Once you receive invoice, you will be able to make payment. 

8. DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD ( You must be the card holder to use card for purchases). - Text your order number to  (347-656-6228) to request an invoice to pay with a debit or credit card. Invoices are sent Monday thru Saturday from 9am to 7pm EST.  - Once you get invoice, please click on PAY and enter your card details. -Card payments over a certain amount may require us to ask for your id and copy of card.
**PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SAME CREDIT CARD MORE THAN ONCE ON THE INVOICE AFTER RECEIVING A DECLINE/FRAUD MESSAGE. CALL OR TEXT OUR CUSTOMER PAYMENT LINE AT 347-656-6228 AND WE WILL ATTEMPT THE SECOND PAYMENT SO THERE IS NO DELAY ON YOUR PAYMENT.


9. International Customers: (Money Gram or RIA) & BANK TRANSFERS-Out of country customers are able to send us money via MONEY GRAM or RIA transfer.- Please email or text us with your order number and request for money gram or RIA INFORMATION. - For bank transfers, please request invoice at 347-656-6228 and we will email you an invoice to pay with bank transfer.= Please note we will have to receive bank transfer before we ship order, so there may be a slight delay with this option. 

**Wire/Bank transfers and international money orders can not be reversed or refunded so please make sure you send the correct amount in order to process your order. If your payment is not complete you will be required to send the additional payment to complete your order.
